New details in Walmart shooting

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -Crime Line tips lead Lubbock Police to arrest 22-year-old Sultan Al-Bizri Friday afternoon, a week after the shooting.

In the arrest warrant, 20-year-old Devon Napper says he believes he was shot at ten times. The shooting happened after police say Al-Bizri rear-ended Napper in a Taco Bell drive thru. Napper told police he followed Al-Bizri to the Walmart parking lot on 4th and Frankford, where they got in a verbal argument.

Also arrested police say is Al-Bizri's girlfriend, 18-year-old Corinn Musick. Police say she was in the car the night of the shooting. Musick was arrested for possession of marijuana. She also, lead police to the .22 caliber revolver that was used in the shooting. Al-Bizri is charged with aggravated assault, weapons, and drug charges. He is being held on a $500,000 bond.

Napper's family released this statement:

"We would like to thank all of you for the help you provided in bringing the person responsible for the shooting of our son to justice. I'm sure the continuous media coverage helped keep the pressure on the persons who called Crime Line. We are very thankful."

Napper has since been released from University Medical Center.
