Grand Jury indicts man who allegedly fired shots near Estacado

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - This man was indicted for unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Reginald Moore, 19, was arrested after firing a gun near Estacado High School on January 13th. Court documents say Moore has ties to gang activity.
