LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – A little more than three weeks after NewsChannel 11 brought you the story of a church-related controversy in Post, we have an update.
Unchained Life Ministries wanted to use the historic Tower Theater. However, a city ordinance forbids the use of the theater in relation to any church-related activity.
Council members agreed back on January 21st that the ordinance might be antiquated. On Monday, Post officials approved a change to the zoning ordinance so that the ministry can use the theater.
