When it comes to showing your patriotism there's no better way than flying "Old Glory" outside your home or business. But the West Texas weather can cut a flag's flying time in half. If you have a flag that is torn, faded or just worn out you can retire it properly by contacting the American Legion here in Lubbock.

Hundreds of flags of all sizes remain at the American Legion waiting to be retired on Flag Day June 14th.
