New dog adoption center for Lubbock as of mid-February

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock will soon get a brand new dog adoption center.  The PetSmart store at 6801 Slide Road holds a ribbon cutting on February 13th at 10 AM. Dogs and puppies from The Humane Society of West Texas will be available at the new Lubbock center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. PetSmart will also expand its existing cat adoption program in Lubbock.
