Former insurance agent booked into Lubbock County Jail

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - There is new developments about a former insurance agent accused of embezzling.

Denton Rose was booked into the Lubbock County Jail at around 11:30 Monday morning and bonded out hours later. A police report dated November 23, 2009 states Rose took nearly $17,000 over a three year time period. Rose owned the Denton Rose Insurance Agency at 7204 Joliet. He's accused of converting money to his personal use that should have gone to the Farmer's Insurance Company.
