Source: Lubbock Co. SheriffLUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - An Idalou man charged with raping an elderly Lubbock woman stands indicted.
On Tuesday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted 21-year-old Joshua Stephenson for burglary of a habitation with intent to commit aggravated sexual assault.
Court records say DNA evidence positively linked Stephenson to his 87-year-old victim. His bond is set at $575,000.
