LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Grand Jury also indicted the suspect in the shooting of a man in a Walmart parking lot.

Sultan Al-Bizri, 22, is indicted for aggravated assault, two charges of a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled with substance with intent.

Crime Line tips led Lubbock police to arrest Al-Bizri for the January 22nd shooting at the Walmart at 4th and Frankford. The shooting happened after police say Al-Bizri rear ended Devon Napper's car in a Taco Bell drive thru.

Napper told police he followed Al-Bizri to the Walmart parking lot where they got in a verbal argument. He says that's when Al-Bizri shot him several times.
