LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Some of the greatest chefs in Lubbock is coming together Friday night to help kids. The International Culinary Affair is an important fundraiser to help kids who can't afford, but need orthopedic treatment at any Lubbock hospital.
"We have traditionally raised about $35,000 at this event and we are hoping to raise that amount again. The tickets are $100 a person," said Joyce White, the President of the Children's Orthopedic Society.
The International Culinary Affair is Friday night at 7:00 at the Frazier Pavilion. The Lubbock Chef's Society will be providing incredible meals from different countries. Tickets are $100 at the door, or to buy seating in advance, please call (806) 470-8137.
