LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The recent winter weather has been creating plenty of travel problems. When the ice melts, a different kind of problem appears, potholes.
One pothole in particular is taking a toll on vehicles near 62nd and Indiana Avenue. Drivers say it has flattened their tires, bent their rims, and in some cases, damaged their motor.
"Driving down here on Indiana and hit it about 62nd, 63rd street, right in the center lane. All of a sudden it just blew out. I had cars next to me on the right hand side, so I had to let them pass by, that way we could turn and get it off the highway. It's a hazard they need to get this thing fixed," says Lubbock driver David Beard.
You can report a pothole by calling the City's Information Line at 311. Or you can report it online by (Clicking Here).
