LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Lubbock VIP's will honor longtime Lubbock City Councilman T.J. Patterson. The city council will meet in special session Friday at 11:00 AM. at the Patterson Library, 1836 Parkway Drive.
The Mayor will introduce Congressman Randy Neugebauer. Official will then honor Patterson for years of service and his leadership on the issue of Black History Month in Lubbock.
