During this period, 11 college students were involved in Internships with KCBD TV in News, Weather, Sports, Sales, Production, Marketing and Promotion departments.  11 Interns were from Texas Tech University

Host at least one job fair.

1.  9/30-10/01/10 KCBD hosted a virtual job fair, to assist local employers in finding qualified candidates for jobs in their companies.  The event was heavily promoted with on-air spots.  Sixteen businesses, including KCBD, participated.  Approximately 250 job seekers attended.
