The FBI and Texas Rangers need your help in finding a bank robber

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A robbery at the First National Bank of Stamford, Texas has the Stamford Police, the Texas Rangers and the FBI looking for information on a suspect in the robbery.

The robbery happened on Friday, February 5th at 12:40 p.m. Officials believe the man may have been from out of town.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately late 40's to early 60's with a "reddish" complexion, also described as "weathered." He has gray to white hair and light colored eyes with thick, light-colored eyebrows (gray or white).

He is also described to have hallowed or sunken cheeks and apparently cheekbones. He has a narrow nose, thin lips. He has a tattoo on his upper chest with faded green ink. He may be left handed because he held the gun in his left hand.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Stamford Police Department at 325-773-3647.
