Clemmons to Get Paid Leave Until Official Resignation

NewsChannel 11 told you that Lubbock Independent School District Superintendent Jack Clemmons is resigning, and now we know the terms of his resignation. Clemmons will receive 150 days of pay until his resignation becomes effective on June 30th. Clemmons said the decision was in the "best interest of his family."

Deputy Superintendent Wayne Havens is expected to be named interim at Thursday night's school board meeting.
