LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Starting Monday the City of Lubbock Water Utilities Department will add water distribution lines along 3rd Street and 3rd Place at the intersection with Buddy Holly Avenue.
The work is scheduled to take approximately 4-6 weeks. Construction will block off portions of those streets at different times, and traffic will be occasionally re-routed. Drivers are encouraged to use caution.
