LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock man is in serious condition after being hit by a car Tuesday afternoon.
It happened around 4:45 p.m. at Slide Road and Loop 289. 21-year-old Joseph Provence was walking at a crosswalk when he was hit by a red Ford Explorer driven by Robert Ansell.
Provence was taken to University Medical Center. Police say it is unclear who had the right of way.
