LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The candidates vying for seats in the Lubbock County Sheriff, District 83 State Representative, and District 84 State Representative races participated in forums earlier this month, and these forums will be broadcast over the air on channel 11.2 and on Suddenlink cable 112.
The broadcast of these forums will start Sunday, February 28th at 7:00 a.m.
The League of Women's Voters of Lubbock County hosted the events and were moderated by NewsChannel 11's Abner Euresti.
District 84 State Representative candidates are: Republicans John Frullo, Mark Griffin, and Ysidro Gutierrez along with Democrat Carol Morgan.
District 83 State Representative candidates are: Republicans Zach Brady and Charles Perry, and incumbent Delwin Jones. No one is running for this position in the Democratic Primary.
The Lubbock County Sheriff Candidates are: Republicans Ronnie O'Neal, Don Carter, Incumbent Kelly S. Rowe, and Democrat Jesse R. Pena.
