UMC has the "Alter G" anti-gravity treadmill

By Jon Bush | email

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – We told you earlier this week about a new treadmill that defies gravity. It's the "Alter G" anti-gravity treadmill designed by NASA so astronauts could work out in space.

We also told you they are not available in many places yet. That's true, but as it turns out UMC has one, the only one in the area. And you can learn more about that on Tuesday when our guest will be John Lowe, director of Physical Medicine and Rehab at UMC. He'll explain how you might benefit from an anti-gravity walk here at home. That's Tuesday in our segment HealthWise at Five.
