Hernandez hoping to reclaim District 1 Council seat

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A former City Councilman is now running again for the same seat he held years ago.

Victor Hernandez held the District 1 seat for about 11 years, but gave it up to run for Municipal Court Judge. Linda DeLeon will not be seeking re-election.

Hernandez will be running against local businessman Glen Robertson.
