Investor claims due March 24th in Benny Judah case - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Investors who lost money in a Lubbock ponzi scheme are a step closer to seeing some of their money.

Benny Judah bilked hundreds of local investors out of millions of dollars. Last week, he was sentenced to 25-years in prison.

Any investor who fell victim to Judah's scheme must submit their claim to the receiver by March 24th.

From there, an initial distribution is expected to happen somewhere around April 15th.
