Man suspected in Montelongo's robbery turns himself in

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - One of two brothers suspected in the January robbery at Montelongo's restaurant turned himself into police this Tuesday afternoon.

Gabriel Rodriguez turned himself in at the Lubbock Police Department. Police believe he and his brother Isaias Rodriguez robbed the restaurant and took off with the cash register.

They have not formally charged him for the robbery, but are holding him on a warrant for violating parole.
