Lubbock man found guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A jury found Timothy Barbian guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Friday at the Lubbock County Courthouse.

The victim said she voluntarily got into his SUV and that is when he pulled out a gun, handcuffs and violently wrapped her head with a sheet.

He was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison.
