Questions surround release of controversial Mike Leach videos

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Mike Leach, Craig James and Adam James all gave sworn testimony the last few days in the now infamous lawsuit that Leach filed against Texas Tech.

Ahead of those depositions, some controversial videos went out on the Internet.

Leach's attorneys say two videos were released just before depositions to make the former coach look bad.

Texas Tech is on record saying the videos were only released because they were subject to open records requests.
