One man arrested after brief car chase in Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A morning car chase in Lubbock ends with the driver getting stuck and police taking him into custody.

It happened around 11:00 a.m. Wednesday near east 28th Street and Broadway.

An officer spotted the suspect driving a stolen car and attempted to pull the driver over. That is when the brief chase began.

Two other suspects got out of the car and ran down East 29th Street.

The driver, 28-year-old David Robinson, tried to crawl out of the car window but his clothes became tangled and he was arrested.

Police say the other two suspects are described as black males between the ages of 18 and 20 years old.
