Census forms won't be delivered to Post Office Boxes

WOLFFORTH, TX (KCBD) - The 2010 Census is arriving in area mailboxes, but if you have a P.O. Box, you shouldn't look for it in the mail. A lot of folks in Wolfforth get their mail at the post office, but their Census form won't be delivered there.

"Even if you're in the urban areas, Wolfforth for example has pretty much everybody on a P.O. Box, those folks will all see their questionnaires delivered to them personally," 2010 Census Partnership Specialist Josh Silva said. 

Silva says you don't have to be home when the Census worker comes. They'll leave it there for you. If you're worried about not being counted, Silva says don't, because the Census Bureau has identified all residences already, so they'll find you.

For the folks who have received a Census form in the mail,you're asked to complete that and send it in by April 1st.  After that date, the Census workers will start knocking on doors. Everyone has to be counted by the end of July.
