Warm temperatures will be blowing out of the area

LUBBOCK, TX(KCBD)- For this Thursday morning there are areas of fog, otherwise conditions are fair with light breezes. As the afternoon approaches skies will be sunny with sunny skies and the light breezes will continue. By sunset clouds will have moved into the area.

The end of the week forecast will start out with mostly cloudy skies and warm breezy conditions. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms late in the afternoon, and by the evening hours there will be scattered thunderstorms with much colder temperatures. Conditions will be very windy with scattered thunderstorms through the evening hours switching over to rain/snow showers as the Saturday morning hours near. There is a chance of snow showers for Saturday morning with very windy, and much colder conditions.
