Lubbock man accused of violent sexual assault arraigned

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock County man accused of violent sexual assault was arraigned in Federal Court on Wednesday morning.

38-year-old Scotty Justice had federal warrants for felon in possession of a handgun and escape. He is also accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Lubbock County early Friday morning.

U.S. Marshals and Lubbock County Deputies arrested Justice Monday night at a mobile home in west Lubbock County.

Justice remains behind bars.
