LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – A central Lubbock fire this weekend is under investigation by the Fire Marshal's office.
It was called in to 9-1-1 just after 1:00 a.m. Sunday morning in the 2200 block of 31st Street. Firefighters were on the scene for more than five hours and there were reports of flames shooting up 30 feet above the home.
One man was taken by EMS to Covenant Medical Center after he fell while trying to move a vehicle away from the fire.
