GERONIMO, OK (KCBD) - Oklahoma authorities believe they've found the bodies of Lester Hobbs and the 7-year-old girl he was accused of kidnapping.

Hobbs was wanted in connection with the murder of his estranged wife, Tonya Hobbs and the kidnapping of her daughter, Aja Johnson around two months ago.

Jessica Brown, with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says the bodies  were found Monday in a wooded area, in Norman, near Hobbs' vehicle. "We have found two bodies. We have not positively identified those due to the rate of decomposition. Of course, the Medical Examiner is out there. They will determine the positive ID on Hobbs' fingerprints. And on Aja Johnson possibly on dental records. We have no reason to believe it is not those two people," said Brown.

Brown told reporters a note was found at the scene but she did not reveal the contents of that note.
