LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Midland authorities announced Wednesday evening that they were looking for a toddler believed to be in grave or immediate danger. However, just before midnight, an Amber Alert for 2-year-old Christian Velasquez was canceled. The boy was located in Odessa, according to a law enforcement bulletin.

Police believe 26-year-old Michael Berseril took Christian. They had been last seen Wednesday morning around 10:00 a.m. in a 1993 red Jeep Cherokee, with Texas plates 662-WVH.

Berseril was arrested without incident according to the website of the Midland Reporter Telegram.
