LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The building might be small, but Burrito Tower at 3001 34th is big on keeping clean.
"We have a routine. It's three sisters and a friend, and everybody already knows what to do. It's something that we do everyday - cleaning and keeping our food fresh and serve the best we can to our customer," Angelica Moreno says.
Moreno adds, it's that fresh flavor that keeps them coming back. "We have pancakes. We have huevos rancheros. (We have) any kind of breakfast you can imagine. On the lunch menu we have gorditas and fajitas. Any kind of Mexican food (you want); we almost have it all."
Something else they cooked up? Another perfect score. "We're so excited about it, and we hope to do it again," she said.
When it comes to a clean kitchen - our next stop is repeating a flawless inspection as well. Texas Burritos at 2167 50th says they've been working hard at it and are excited to be a repeat top performer.
And if you're family's torn between Mexican or Italian, our next top performer has a solution. Taco Bell/Pizza Hut at 5111 82nd not only serves up options, but zero violations as well.
Our final stop adds a little spice to the menu. Jazz, A Louisiana Kitchen at 3703 19th Street has been cooking up Cajun cuisine for 23 years now. And with multiple repeat appearances at the top - they continue to dish out perfection as well.
