LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A former ATF special agent from Lubbock stands indicted for drug charges and money laundering.

A grand jury for the Northern District of Oklahoma indicted 33-year-old Brandon McFadden on Wednesday.

According to the indictment, from July 2002 through September of 2009, McFadden was a special agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
