LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - During the lunch hour on Wednesday, Lubbock Police had their guns drawn trying to arrest a suspect.
Around 12:15 Wednesday afternoon at 66th and University, police were trying to arrest a Hockley County kidnapping suspect.
Felipe Hernandez refused to get out of his car. Police kept their guns drawn until he was eventually taken into custody.
Hernandez was also wanted on other warrants from Hockley County.
