LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Police say shots fired later turned into a stabbing Saturday night near the Lubbock County Fairgrounds at about 11:25 PM.   A 16-year-old male suffered serious injuries and traveled by vehicle from the scene of the original incident to the Stripes convenience store at 34th and Interstate 27, where EMS was summoned.

One or more individuals described as suspects went north after the stabbing to 4th and Avenue A where they were stopped by a Sheriff's Deputy.  Police searched the suspect vehicle and found a gun, and a bloody knife.  Shell casings and a large amount of blood were discovered at the Broadway entrance of the Lubbock County Fairgrounds.

Police made four arrests and identified the suspects as Brian Aguilar, 25; Andrew Dominguez, 19; Eddie Aguilar, 24; and Joshua Ramirez, 23.  Each is charged with aggravated assault.
