Charter Review Committee meets this week

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) –  Lubbock's Charter Review Committee meets this Wednesday at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers. 

The Committee will discuss various proposals for changing the City Charter, which is sort of like the local version of a Constitution.
