A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted 31 year old Rodolpho Gavina Tuesday for Aggravated Assault of a Public Servant and Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.
The incident happened March 7th when Gavina failed to stop for authorities near Post. Instead, he led them on a high speed chase. And investigators say, at one point, he even tried to run over a DPS Trooper.
Gavina was finally captured just outside Lubbock, after troopers shot out his tires.
