House fire leaves Levelland woman homeless

LEVELLAND, TX (KCBD) – A Levelland woman lost her home Sunday afternoon when the back side of the  house went up in flames.  The fire started just after 5:00 PM at 803 Avenue B in Levelland. 

No one inside was injured but EMS treated a firefighter at the scene for smoke inhalation.  The Levelland Fire Department says he's fine now.  The Red Cross was dispatched to help a woman who is homeless after the fire. 

There's no word yet on the cause of the fire and it is under investigation.
