Accident leads to serious injuries at Lake Alan Henry

GARZA COUNTY, TX (KCBD) – A boating accident leads to serious injuries at Lake Alan Henry Sunday afternoon.  A 31-year-old man was in the back of a moving boat when something came loose from the boat and struck him in the throat. 

Emergency workers found him unresponsive at the scene.  He was intubated and airlifted from Lake Alan Henry to a Lubbock hospital.  Other details have not yet been released.
