LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – The name of the woman found dead in Northeast Lubbock has now been released. Police found 42-year-old Tammy Brown's body early Saturday morning at her home in the 1500 block of East 8th Street.
Officials are still waiting on the autopsy results to find out how she died.
Lubbock Police say the circumstances surrounding her death warranted an investigation.
