LUBBOCK, TX(KCBD)- As the month of April comes to a close there will be partly cloudy skies this morning with cooler temperatures along with windy conditions. By the afternoon hours conditions will remain the same with winds gusting near 40 mph. Tonight's forecast has a chance for showers, with mostly cloudy skies and colder temperatures.

The slight chance for showers continues into Saturday with cooler temperatures through the day. Skies will be mostly cloudy, with breezy conditions and a slight chance of showers through Sunday.
