Wreck Kills Three Near Snyder

Three people are dead after a driver ran a stop sign near Snyder around 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning. According to DPS, 22 year-old Adam Wigley from Salado ran a stop sign slamming into a Chevy Suburban killing himself, his passenger, and suburban passenger 46 year-old Mary Walker.

Walker was the Hockley County Clerk. Five other people were injured in the Suburban including the driver, James Ethridge and four children, ages 13 to 17, all were from Levelland. The driver of the truck, his brother, 21 year-old Lance Wigley, and Walker were all pronounced dead an hour later at Cogell Memorial Hospital in Snyder.
