Lubbock police looking for two suspects

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock police need your help in finding a suspect wanted for theft, and one for a felony arrest warrant.

Police say on two separate times, the suspect hid a computer inside the box of a children's toy he had bought, and then left the Walmart at 82nd and Milwaukee last month.

He is described as Hispanic, between 30 and 40 years old, about five feet ten inches tall, with dark hair and a receding hairline. He was last seen driving a gray or charcoal four door car.

Andrew, or "Andy", Clark is 49 years old, six feet tall, weighs about 235 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes is wanted for making a false statement to a bank.

He drives a 2001 dark gray Cadillac Seville with Texas plates 7-0-9-j-x-b.

Police think he might be living out of his car, and could be working as a painter or landscaper in Lubbock.
