LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - It's time again to get your walking shoes out, Lubbock's annual Relay for Life is set to begin. The walk is a 12-hour walk to celebrate cancer survivors and to remember those who have lost their battle to cancer.
The event begins Friday, 7:00 p.m., at the Coronado High School track and will continue until 7:00 a.m. Don't worry about staying up, there will be plenty of food, games, and different activities to keep spirits up throughout the night. Come support Relay for Life because it not only contributes to the American Cancer Society, it also provides many services for local programs here in Lubbock.
