LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Inspectors cited George's Downtown at 1520 Ave. Q with six critical violations.

• Sliced tomatoes and shredded cheese were not 41 degrees or below.
• Employees' uncovered drinks were on a food counter, and utensils were in a hand sink.
• There was no soap at a hand sink.
• A can of chili was dented.
• Toxic items were next to food.
• Utensils were not being sanitized.

Management tells us all violations were corrected at the time of the inspection. The report shows that as well.

Now to this week's top five.

Birdie's Grill at 6002 3rd hits a hole in one. Located at Shadow Hills Golf Course, this repeat top performer swings to the top once again.
