Lubbock Destination Imagination teams hold fundraiser for Global Finals

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Preston Smith Brain Gang and the O.L. Slaton Improvinators D.I. teams have earned a trip to compete in the Global Finals of Destination ImagiNation in Knoxville.

They need your help to"conquer the world of Destination ImagiNation."

You can join the teams at Abuelo's on Tuesday, May 11th from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for a benefit night.

Abuelo's will donate 20% of sales from all diners if you present a flyer provided by the DI teams during the benefit. Flyers will be available at Abuelo's Restaurant.

For a $5 donation, you will be able to spin the wheel for the chance to win all sorts of great prizes. Both teams won at State, now help them take on the world by winning at Globals.

Abuelo's is located at 82nd and Quaker.
