LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Two people police say are connected to wanted suspect Daniel Reyna stand indicted for stealing guns.
A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Daniel Reyna's 20-year-old brother, Josue Reyna, Tuesday on three counts of stealing guns and one count of drug possession.
Three weeks ago, a Crime Line tip led Lubbock police to the home of Josue Reyna in the 300 block of 38th Street. Inside, officers found a stash of stolen property including 16 guns, cell phones, TVs, and power tools. Investigators also found a bullet proof vest and jackets belonging to the U.S. Border Patrol.
Police arrested Reyna and a woman, Melissa Barron, on drug possession charges. Barron was indicted for stealing guns, and drug possession also.
And the Grand Jury also indicted the man police say held up a Dollar General at gunpoint last month near 34th and Slide. Lashan Harvey, 20, is indicted for aggravated robbery and tampering with evidence.
