LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Another big construction project started this week next door to Jones Stadium.
This time it's a 4-story student housing development called 25Twenty. It will house up to 562 students in what used to be the Town & Country shopping center at Marsha Sharp Freeway and University Avenue.
