Turning up the heat

LUBBOCK TX(KCBD)- This morning conditions are fair with light winds. Lubbock's low temperature will be near 50 degrees. This afternoon skies will be sunny, warm, and light winds are expected. Afternoon high temperatures will be in the mid 80s. Tonight's skies will be partly cloudy with low temperatures in the 50s.

Friday's conditions will be breezy with partly cloudy skies and hot temperatures. There is a slight chance thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening hours. High temperatures for tomorrow will be near 90 degrees.

Saturday there is a slight chance of thunderstorms, with partly sunny skies, and hot temperatures highs in the low 90s.

Sunday's forecast has a slight chance of thunderstorms in store with a high near 90 degrees.
