LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD)- Sunday afternoon will be very warm and very muggy, and with the dryline remaining in the area there remains a slight threat of severe thunderstorms. Compared to yesterday, conditions today are slightly more favorable for storms.

Sunday partly sunny, windy - gusts near 40 mph, humid and very warm. A slight chance of afternoon and evening thunderstorms, with a slight threat of severe storms. Chance of rain 20%. High in the upper 80s.

Tonight a slight chance of thunderstorms, mostly cloudy. Chance of rain 25%. Overnight low in the mid 60s.

Monday partly sunny, warm, with a slight chance of afternoon and evening thunderstorms. A slight risk of severe storms. Chance of rain 20%. High in the mid 80s.

Tuesday and Wednesday mostly cloudy, warm, a slight chance of thunderstorms each day. Low temperatures 60 to 65 degrees, with highs from 80 to 85.
