LUBBOCK, TX – Texas Tech fans can start making plans for Oct. 9, 2010, as tickets go on sale to the public on Monday, May 31, for the football game with Baylor being played at the historic Cotton Bowl Stadium.
The game marks the second of two games against the Baylor Bears set in the DFW Metroplex. Tech and Baylor played the first game of the series last season at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, with the Red Raiders pulling off a 20-13 victory.
Tickets for the game can be purchased for as low as $40 with other locations priced at $60 and $90. Texas Tech students can purchase two tickets (per student ID) for $25 each but must do so in person at the athletics ticket office located in the north end of Jones AT&T Stadium and present a valid TTU ID.
Season ticket holders and Red Raider Club Scholarship Fund donors must submit pre-orders by Friday, May 28. Fans can still purchase season tickets for the six home games of the 2010 season, the first under Tommy Tuberville.
